Delete your account and data

You can delete your FisherNote account and the personal data associated with it in either of the following ways.

1. In the app (fastest)

Open the FisherNote app → Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm. Your account and associated data are removed.

2. Request from the web

If you can't access the app, email info@fishernote.com with the subject "Delete account" and the email address of your account. We will verify the request and delete your account and associated personal data.

3. What is deleted

We delete your profile, email address, fishing sessions, maps, notes and other user content, and your sign-in identifiers. Records we are legally required to keep (for example, payment and tax records) are retained for the period required by law and then deleted.

4. Timing

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days of confirmation. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

5. Subscription

If you have an active auto-renewing subscription, cancel it through your App Store or Google Play account first to stop further charges. Deleting your account ends access to Pro features.
